Join a premier infrastructure development firm delivering critical civil, transportation, and utility projects across the region. We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Lead to guide program strategy, design excellence, and project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
You will partner with clients, municipalities, and contractor teams to drive safe, sustainable, and on time outcomes that strengthen communities and resilience.
Responsibility
- Lead multi disciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure programs from concept through commissioning
- Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and EVMS for major road, bridge, and utility projects
- Drive design reviews, constructability assessments, value engineering, and safety/compliance management
- Collaborate with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and contractors to secure approvals and manage procurement
- Oversee BIM and digital engineering workflows, including Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS integrations
- Mentor engineers and coordinate cross functional teams to build capability and succession planning
- Lead stakeholder communications, reporting, and governance to executive leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field; professional engineer licensure preferred
- Minimum 8 years in infrastructure development with highways, transit, or utilities projects
- Proven experience with design-build, EPC contracts, and project controls
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Civil 3D, Revit), GIS, and project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, NEPA/CEQA processes, and safety standards
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
