ZenithInfra Solutions is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across transportation, utilities, and digital networks. This is a leadership role for a technically proficient professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, safe, and financially sound outcomes.
As a senior member of the team you will drive feasibility studies, develop engineering standards, manage budgets, and oversee deployment from concept through commissioning. You will interface with public agencies, private developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role offers a path to influence community resilience and economic vitality through resilient infrastructure.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end planning, design, and delivery of large scale infrastructure projects across civil, utilities, and digital networks.
- Collaborate with design, construction, operations and procurement teams to define scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards, quality control plans, risk assessments, and compliance with codes and permitting.
- Oversee BIM workflows, GIS integration, CAD drawings, and model-based delivery to improve accuracy and collaboration.
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, submittals, and change management to optimize cost and schedule.
- Conduct field inspections, oversee commissioning, and ensure safety, quality, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data, generate performance dashboards, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and KPI tracking.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PE license preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of infrastructure development experience with a proven track record on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Revit), AutoCAD Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, permitting processes, and quality assurance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent as project demands.
