Join Pinnacle Infra Partners as a Lead Infrastructure Development Engineer and drive end-to-end delivery of transformative civil projects. This role focuses on feasibility, design, permitting, and delivery across urban infrastructure programs in the Seattle region.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with city agencies, contractors, and clients to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibility

  • Lead planning, scoping, and feasibility studies for major infrastructure programs.
  • Drive cross-functional design, engineering, and geotechnical coordination across disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics for programs.
  • Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, stakeholders engagement, and community outreach.
  • Manage procurement, contractor coordination, and construction oversight aligned with EPC delivery models.
  • Ensure safety, quality, environmental sustainability, and resilience across projects.
  • Mentor project teams and communicate progress to executive sponsors and city agencies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of infrastructure development experience, including program management for large-scale projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain in Washington state.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM (Revit, Civil 3D), AutoCAD, and design software; familiarity with GIS tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of permitting, environmental impact analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive consensus across diverse groups.
  • Experience with cost control, risk management, and delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
