We are seeking an accomplished Senior Infrastructure Development Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects across Asia-Pacific. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will collaborate with government agencies, private developers, and global contractors to shape the region's critical assets—transportation, utilities, and urban redevelopment initiatives.
What you will do: design, manage, and optimize complex infrastructure programs; build high-performing project teams; steward risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement; and advance sustainability and digital construction practices.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs (transit, roads, utilities) from concept to closeout.
- Develop and enforce program governance, risk management, schedules, and cost controls to safeguard project objectives.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, designers, and vendors) across multiple sites and time zones.
- Drive digital construction initiatives (BIM, 4D scheduling, data analytics) to improve performance and visibility.
- Engage with government authorities, financiers, and key stakeholders to secure approvals and funding.
- Manage procurement strategies, contract administration, and vendor performance to optimize value.
- Establish change management processes and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Mentor and develop project leadership capabilities within the team to sustain high delivery cadence.
Qualification
- 10+ years of proven experience leading infrastructure development programs (transport, utilities, or urban development).
- Strong background in civil engineering, project controls, and construction management with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in BIM, 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, and digital twin concepts; familiarity with common BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in safety and quality assurance, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- Professional qualifications (PE/CE or equivalent) and relevant regional accreditation highly regarded.
- Experience working with public sector bodies and private developers in Asia-Pacific is a plus.
