AXA Philippines is hiring an Insurance Advisor in San Manuel, Pangasinan. You’ll identify client needs, present tailored coverage plans, and guide clients through the purchasing process. You’ll build a strong local network, conduct risk assessments, and deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Responsibility
- Identify prospective clients and develop a robust sales pipeline in the San Manuel area.
- Assess clients' protection needs and tailor AXA product recommendations accordingly.
- Present insurance plans and explain policy terms, benefits, and premium structures clearly.
- Guide clients through application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes.
- Provide ongoing service, policy reviews, and renewal support to maximize client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial advisers, partners, and local communities to drive referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with integrity and customer-centric focus.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and remain compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; related coursework in finance, business, or insurance is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service; experience in insurance is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuous professional development.
- Local language proficiency (Tagalog/Ilocano familiarity is a plus).
- Willingness to commute within Pangasinan and attend client meetings as needed.
- Honesty, integrity, and commitment to ethical sales practices.
