Responsibility
- Identify prospective clients and build a pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Assess clients' goals and risk tolerance to determine suitable insurance solutions.
- Present AXA life, health, and protection products with clear benefit explanations.
- Recommend tailored coverage to meet individual and family needs including coverage amounts and beneficiaries.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and assist with policy renewals and changes.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on protection planning and risk management to empower informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, complete applications, and coordinate with internal teams for timely processing.
Qualification
- College degree preferred; strong preference for candidates with sales or financial services background.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino; confident in explaining complex concepts simply.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and participate in AXA training programs and coaching.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and CRM systems; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
