Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
- Assess clients’ goals and recommend appropriate AXA insurance products and investment solutions.
- Educate clients on various insurance plans, policies, and benefits, ensuring they are informed to make sound financial decisions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively sourcing and prospecting new clients.
- Complete and process necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with AXA product offerings, promotions, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Provide outstanding after-sales support and continuous client engagement.
- Represent AXA professionally and uphold company values in every client interaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; undergraduates with relevant sales experience are welcome.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, banking, or financial advisory roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to understand and tailor financial advice to client needs.
- Resides in or willing to work in Tayug, Pangasinan and nearby areas.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and digital tools.
