Responsibility
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through personalized insurance consultations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (life, health, savings, and investment products).
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by promoting AXA’s diverse product portfolio.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking and community involvement.
- Uphold AXA’s brand values and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products or willingness to learn.
- Residing in or willing to work in Rosales, Pangasinan.
