Responsibility
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to promote AXA’s wide range of insurance products and services.
- Assess client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions to meet their financial objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Conduct financial consultations and client presentations to explain insurance options and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs provided by AXA.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage, but not required.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
