Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects in the Asingan area through proactive outreach and referrals.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate AXA Philippines insurance solutions with clear, compliant explanations.
- Present policy options, quotes, and coverage details in a compelling, easy-to-understand way.
- Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and document verification with accuracy and timeliness.
- Build strong client relationships, provide ongoing service, and conduct regular policy reviews to ensure continued alignment with life events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about regulatory requirements and market trends.
Qualification
- Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services is preferred.
