Responsibility
- Identify and attract potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Assess clients’ insurance and financial needs to recommend suitable AXA products and solutions.
- Provide expert advice and answer queries related to life, health, and financial insurance services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively managing your sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure adequate and up-to-date coverage for clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions as required by AXA.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred; candidates with strong sales backgrounds are also welcome.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or finance is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
