Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective networking and prospecting.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to clients’ unique goals and situations.
- Educate clients about a wide range of AXA insurance and investment products, policies, and benefits.
- Assist clients in completing policy applications and ensuring all required documentation is in order.
- Provide excellent after-sales service by regularly reviewing client portfolios and offering timely policy reviews and updates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to branch growth by actively participating in marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold AXA’s values and commitment to ethical sales practices at all times.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
