Responsibility
- Prospect and generate leads to identify potential clients for insurance products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to clientsâ requirements and financial capabilities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and consultations on AXAâs insurance products, including life, health, and investment-linked plans.
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and regular policy reviews.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through consistent follow-up and superior customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for policy applications, claims, and policy servicing requests.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product updates, and compliance regulations.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in any field preferred; open to college graduates and professionals from other industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales orientation, motivation, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with digital sales tools.
