Responsibility

  • Build and manage a growing client portfolio through proactive outreach and referrals
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to assess life, health, and income protection requirements
  • Recommend AXA insurance products that align with client goals and budget
  • Prepare quotes, explain policy features, and support clients through the application and underwriting steps
  • Provide exceptional client service, policy servicing, endorsements, and claims assistance

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; higher education preferred

  • Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
