Responsibility
- Develop and qualify client leads through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate AXA insurance products including life, health, and protection plans.
- Present clear policy terms, benefits, and pricing; address questions and objections with professionalism.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to policy issuance and renewal.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and reviews.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Record accurate client interactions and activities in the CRM, and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Filipino as applicable.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and pursue relevant insurance certifications or product trainings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools; comfortable with digital sales channels.
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Residence or willingness to operate in Binalonan, Pangasinan; valid driver's license is a plus.
