Responsibility
- Identify and assess client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions and financial planning advice.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional consultation and excellent customer service.
- Present and explain insurance policies, benefits, and features to prospective and existing clients.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AXA products, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in continuous training and personal development programs to enhance your expertise.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage; at least a college level is preferred.
- Proven sales experience or background in finance, banking, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
