Responsibility
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in Mangaldan and neighboring communities to understand protection needs.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to tailor life, health, and general insurance solutions.
- Present policy options, explain terms, coverage, exclusions, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Guide applicants through enrollment, collect documentation, and coordinate with underwriting and policy issuance.
- Deliver proactive customer service: respond to inquiries, manage claims support, and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, referrals, product demonstrations, and community events.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
- Stay current on AXA product portfolio, regulatory requirements, and market trends to provide accurate guidance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ year in sales or insurance, or a willingness to learn; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and proficient in Filipino.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, ethical, and goal-driven with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of life, health, and general insurance; licensed or willing to obtain license.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic digital tools.
- Ability to work full-time in Mangaldan, Pangasinan; local candidates preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines and able to travel within the region as needed.
