Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
- Offer tailored insurance and investment solutions that match client requirements and lifestyles.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to ensure their plans remain relevant and up-to-date.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on AXA products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Attend company trainings, seminars, and professional development activities.
- Prepare and process policy documents and handle post-sale customer queries efficiently.
- Represent AXA in a professional manner, upholding the company's values and customer service standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Track record in sales, customer service, or finance is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
