Responsibility
- Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable AXA Philippines products and risk solutions.
- Provide clear explanations of policy features, coverage, exclusions, and premium options to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through in-person meetings, calls, and digital channels.
- Process quotes, applications, and policy renewals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by supporting advisory conversations and closing opportunities.
- Educate clients on financial planning strategies and risk management tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (claims, underwriting, customer service) to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred in finance, business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent listening abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or client-focused roles; insurance sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
