Responsibility
- Identify and pursue potential clients through networking and prospecting in Santa Barbara, Pangasinan and nearby areas.
- Assess client needs and provide personalized insurance solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell AXAâs wide range of insurance and investment products.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing policy support and advice.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the teamâs performance goals.
- Keep up-to-date with AXAâs products, market trends, and compliance regulations.
- Process client applications, documentation, and claims efficiently.
- Participate in continuous professional development and sales training programs.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in any field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar field is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
