Responsibility
- Assess clients' financial goals and insurance needs and recommend AXA solutions that fit their budget and risk profile.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, riders, and terms in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications, collect required documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and manage a growing client portfolio through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent service and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Provide ongoing policy servicing, renewals, and claims assistance to maximize client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track activities, and follow up with leads and opportunities.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and licensing requirements to maintain professional standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; sales experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Willingness to pursue the required insurance license and professional certifications.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; strong organizational and time management skills.
