Responsibility
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions for life, health, and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Educate clients on AXA’s diverse insurance offerings and guide them through the application and claims processes.
- Develop new business by prospecting, networking, and participating in marketing activities within the community.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Stay up-to-date with new insurance product launches, industry developments, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable coverage and policy options for clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, financial services, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
- Willingness to undergo professional training and achieve industry certifications.
