Responsibility
- Identify prospects and develop a pipeline of potential clients through referrals, field visits, and community networking.
- Present and explain AXA insurance and protection solutions that meet clients' needs and budgets.
- Conduct sound risk assessments and articulate product recommendations with clarity and honesty.
- Assist clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process.
- Provide ongoing policy servicing, reviews, and premium collection to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the local team to achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
Qualification
- High school diploma or degree; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-focused mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; basic computer and smartphone literacy.
