Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial and protection needs.
- Provide expert advice on insurance policies, including life, health, and investment-linked products.
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through policy issuance and after-sales support.

- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
- Organize and participate in marketing activities, seminars, and client presentations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage, but open to candidates with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer service is preferred but not required.
