Responsibility
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their protection and financial goals
- Explain AXA life, health, and financial protection products in simple, client friendly terms
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance and protection plans
- Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotes
- Process applications, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide ongoing service to existing clients, including renewals and claims support
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies while building a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and nurture relationships with community partners and referral sources
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Ability to assess client needs and translate them into suitable products
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and obtain required licenses and certifications
