  • Process, investigate, and adjudicate property and casualty claims in a timely, compliant manner.
  • Communicate with policyholders to gather information, set expectations, and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with medical providers, appraisers, and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Evaluate coverage, determine liability, and issue claim decisions with clear documentation.
  • Identify potential subrogation opportunities and coordinate recovery efforts.
  • Maintain accurate claim files and adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility

  • Receive and triage new claims, ensuring complete information and proper assignment.
  • Conduct timely investigations, including contact with claimants and witnesses.
  • Assess coverage and lien implications, and communicate determinations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with adjusters, attorneys, and vendors to advance claims toward resolution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of claims handling experience in property & casualty or health insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance contracts, coverage analysis, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with claims management systems and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
