Responsibility
- Evaluate and process insurance claims promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy terms.
- Communicate effectively with clients, policyholders, and legal representatives to gather detailed claim information.
- Assess documentation and evidence to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters to ensure fair claim settlement.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for each assigned claim.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding next steps and required procedures.
- Investigate and resolve complex claims-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends, compliance regulations, and company protocols.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience handling insurance claims, preferably in property & casualty.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in claims management software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of local and federal insurance regulations is a strong asset.
