Responsibility
- Actively prospect and engage potential clients through partner channels to generate qualified insurance opportunities.
- Present customized life, health, and wealth protection solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
- Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, compare plans, and present clear quotations with transparent recommendations.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and close deals to meet or exceed quotas.
- Collaborate with distribution partners, financial advisers, and internal teams to support sales execution and onboarding.
- Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain strong regulatory compliance, documentation, and CRM records for all client interactions.
- Provide exceptional after-sale service, client retention activities, and referral opportunities to drive long-term value.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Strong needs-analysis, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex products into clear terms.
- Customer-centric mindset, relationship-building skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for life insurance and financial products.
