Responsibility
- Assess client needs and analyze risk to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Prepare accurate quotes and coverage options, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure policy issuance aligns with company risk appetite.
- Maintain high levels of client engagement and lifecycle management.
- Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and claims support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies; maintain complete documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance advisory, brokerage, or carrier environment.
- Strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and policy management software; ability to analyze data.
- Active license in property and casualty or life/health preferred; willingness to obtain required state licenses.
