Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of adult patients across outpatient and hospital settings
- Develop and implement preventive care plans and chronic disease management guidelines
- Collaborate with specialists and care teams to coordinate patient care
- Engage in quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice
- Document clinical findings efficiently using the EMR and maintain accurate records
- Participate in on-call coverage and after-hours clinical duties as assigned
- Mentor medical students and residents, fostering a learning environment
Qualification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Active medical license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in adult primary care or hospital medicine
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic or equivalent)
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and patient-centered care
