This full-time role focuses on high-stakes interpretation across conferences, legal consultations, medical appointments, and corporate events. You will deliver accurate, culturally aware interpretation in English and at least two additional languages, while upholding strict confidentiality and professional ethics.

Responsibility
- Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for conferences, meetings, events, and remote sessions with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Prepare terminology glossaries and perform pre-event briefings with client teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Operate interpretation equipment and manage remote interpretation platforms during live events.
- Deliver accurate sight translation of documents and materials as required.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and multilingual teams to ensure flawless communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and industry standards.
- Mentor junior interpreters and contribute to continuous improvement of interpreting workflows.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in interpretation, linguistics, translation, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional interpreting experience in conferences, legal, medical, or corporate settings.
- Fluency in English plus at least two additional languages; certified interpreter credentials preferred (e.g., CI or equivalent).
- Excellent memory, note-taking, and rapid information processing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with interpretation equipment and remote platforms; familiarity with terminology management tools.
- Keen understanding of confidentiality, ethics, and cultural sensitivity in interpretation contexts.
