Responsibility

  • Lead generation and outbound outreach to IT decision-makers in the Central Region through calls, emails, social channels, and in-person meetings.
  • Deliver engaging IT solution demos and presentations that map to client needs and business outcomes.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM to forecast revenue and track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with solutions architects, pre-sales, and marketing to develop compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals while ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams for implementation.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to identify upsell opportunities and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to position our IT offerings effectively.

Qualification

  • Diploma in IT or related field; degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
