Responsibility
- Provide technical support to customers in Japanese
- Assist in project management and coordination

- Conduct product testing and troubleshooting
- Document and report findings to the team
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or chemical engineering
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
