Responsibility

  • Develop and execute brand development strategies for the gadget category based on market trends and business priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distribution partners to maximize coverage and growth.
  • Drive sales targets, forecast accuracy, and category growth through data-driven planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to implement compelling trade programs and promotions.
  • Analyze market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Plan and optimize assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies to improve sell-through and margin.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, including performance management and development.
  • Prepare and present performance reviews, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management, brand management, or sales within consumer electronics or gadget categories.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to develop effective trade marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain; comfortable with fast-paced environments.
