Join Bestpak Packaging Solutions as a Key Account Manager and lead strategic partnerships with premier clients in the packaging industry. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, guiding them from discovery to delivery and ensuring seamless, on-time product fulfillment.

In this role you will own account strategy, forecast demand, and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure client satisfaction. You will craft compelling business cases, negotiate terms, and manage renewals and upsell opportunities. A proactive communicator, you will present performance reviews and strategic roadmaps to senior client stakeholders, while continuously identifying new growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

Responsibility

  • Own and grow assigned key accounts, driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute robust account plans with quarterly targets and measurable KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality packaging solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract renewals; upsell and cross-sell value-added services.
  • Monitor account health, forecast demand, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new strategic accounts within target markets.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for client stakeholders; respond to RFPs with tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across multiple levels of client organizations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue within strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of delivering compelling business cases.
  • Strong relationship-building, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; data-driven with solid forecasting capability.
