Join People Profilers as a Key Accounts Manager and drive strategic growth across the Central Region. You will manage high-value accounts, build lasting partnerships, and close complex deals with senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on sales leadership role for a proactive professional who can combine strategic planning with practical execution. What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client success and long-term retention.
- Develop territory sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close complex deals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and service teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
- Prepare accurate forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reports using CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations at senior levels.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to influence product strategy.
- Drive customer success initiatives, ensuring high satisfaction and renewal rates.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Proven track record in key account management or enterprise B2B sales (3+ years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within the Central Region and own a valid vehicle (car or motorbike).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in technology, solutions selling, or professional services is a plus.

- Base salary SGD 4,000 – 5,500 per month with on-target earnings up to SGD 66,000 per year (AWS + variable bonus).

Responsibility
