Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of care centre staff
- Plan and implement educational and recreational activities for children
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Communicate with parents on children's progress and well-being
- Manage administrative tasks related to the care centre
Qualification
- Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
