Responsibility
- Sort, wash, dry, iron and fold laundry items according to fabric care labels.
- Operate and maintain laundry machines (industrial washers, dryers, ironing equipment) and report malfunctions promptly.
- Prepare items for delivery or pickup and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry area, following standard procedures.
- Monitor stock levels of detergents and supplies and assist with inventory control.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Follow health, safety and confidentiality policies and wear required PPE.
Qualification
- Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of fabric care labels and correct washing temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Team player with reliability and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different fabrics and equipment.
