Join Concentrix as a Lead Generation Specialist on-site in Quezon City, Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving sustainable demand through outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and rigorous lead qualification. You will build and nurture a high-quality pipeline that enables our sales teams to close opportunities more efficiently.
Responsibilities include prospecting across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), researching ideal customer profiles, and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria. You will collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, and with sales to ensure timely follow-up and handoff. You will maintain accurate CRM records, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements that drive conversion rates and customer value.

Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify leads across outbound channels (phone, email, social) to feed the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain accurate target lists; qualify opportunities against ICP and buying signals.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover needs, challenges, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns; align outreach with go-to-market strategy.
- Nurture and follow-up with prospects; schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and enrich CRM data; track activities, conversions, and pipeline metrics.
- Monitor KPIs (dials, emails, responses, opportunities, win rates) and report performance to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies; maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of lead generation, sales development, or related B2B experience.
- Proficiency using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to research and qualify high-potential prospects; strong attention to detail.
- On-site availability in Quezon City; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy and consent best practices; resilience handling rejection.
- Bachelors degree preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
