We are seeking a Lead Interior Designer who turns client vision into transformative concepts and executable plans. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on project execution, collaborating with clients, consultants, and artisans to deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of the design team, you will shape concept development, oversee design development, and drive project delivery from concept to construction documentation, ensuring design intent, quality, and timeline are met on every project.

Responsibility

  • Lead the full design process from concept through construction documentation for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop space plans, materials, color palettes, lighting concepts, and detailing that align with client goals and budget.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and coordination with consultants and vendors.
  • Produce CAD/BIM drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials for client reviews and approvals.
  • Oversee on-site construction progress, conduct regular site visits, and ensure alignment with design intent.
  • Mentor and manage junior designers, while maintaining brand standards and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders; present design concepts, progress, and outcomes with confidence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; NCIDQ certification preferred; licensure in relevant jurisdiction is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional interior design experience, with a portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max; strong rendering ability using Photoshop, Enscape, or V-Ray.
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design process, problem solving, and execution across timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills; collaborative team player with leadership experience.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, FF&E specification, materials sourcing, procurement, and project management.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
