- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement, including FF&E specification and supplier relations.
- Mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and foster a collaborative studio culture.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility, sustainability, and building regulations across projects.
Qualification

- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D visualization tools (V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar).
- Expertise in FF&E specification, materials sourcing, and vendor management.
- Strong drawing and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and proportion.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
