Responsibility
- Concept development and design direction for residential and boutique commercial spaces
- Produce 2D and 3D presentations and renderings for client approvals
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to manage project timelines
- Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and textiles aligned with brand and space goals
- Prepare detailed site surveys, budgets, and procurement documentation
- Lead client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety
- Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects concurrently
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in interior design or related field
- 5+ years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, 3ds Max or SketchUp, and rendering software
- Strong sense of color, texture, and space planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with project management and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of local building codes and procurement processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced, client focused environment
