You will collaborate with architects, FF&E teams, and clients to deliver spaces that balance exquisite aesthetics with pragmatic functionality. This is a hands-on role for a design professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and aspires to shape iconic spaces in a growing practice.

What we offer: competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, flexible work environment, and a culture that champions design excellence and professional growth.

Responsibility

  • Lead concept development and design direction for residential and boutique hospitality projects from schematic design through construction documentation.
  • Develop space plans, zoning layouts, material palettes, and FF&E strategies that align with the client brief and budget.
  • Create compelling design presentations and boards for client approvals, collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines.
  • Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications using Revit/AutoCAD and rendering tools.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and fabricators; conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders; monitor risk and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior designers, contribute to firm-wide best practices, and participate in business development efforts.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field; professional licensure is a plus.
  • 3-7 years of professional interior design experience in high-end residential or boutique hospitality sectors.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce high-quality renderings and documentation.
  • Portfolio demonstrating concept development, materiality, detailing, and execution across diverse scales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-relations skills; ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices; a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and vendor relationships; detail-oriented with a keen eye for finishes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
