Responsibility
- Lead concept development and design direction for luxury residential and boutique commercial projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Develop and present compelling design boards, 3D views, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee space planning, materials selection, FF&E specifications, and finish schedules in alignment with budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and fabricators to ensure documentation accuracy and quality control.
- Mentor junior designers, provide design critique, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Manage client relationships, respond to feedback, and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional interior design experience with a strong portfolio of luxury residential and/or boutique commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Strong space planning, material knowledge, FF&E selection, and finish schedules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field; LEED or other sustainability credentials are a plus.
- Professional registration or certification is a plus.
