Responsibility

  • Lead daily workshop operations, assigning tasks, managing workload, and ensuring timely repair and maintenance of all vehicles.
  • Supervise a team of technicians, provide coaching, review work orders, and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Plan and supervise preventive maintenance programs to maximize fleet uptime and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.

  • Maintain inventory and order parts to minimize downtime and support efficient repairs.

Qualification
