Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-impact performing arts curriculum for students ages 10–18.
- Collaborate with faculty on seasonal productions and showcases.
- Coach students in audition techniques, script analysis, and stage presence.
- Provide individualized feedback to nurture artistic growth.
- Organize masterclasses featuring industry professionals.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to artistic planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Theatre, Dance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years professional teaching and/or stage performance experience.
- Expertise in at least one discipline: acting, dance, or singing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with current performing arts trends and practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for rehearsals.
