Join LuxeLight Studio, a leading photography house specializing in fashion, portrait, and lifestyle imagery. We are seeking a creative Lead Photographer to elevate our client projects in Los Angeles and beyond. You will drive the visual direction, collaborate with stylists and art directors, and deliver polished imagery that meets brand standards.
The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with a storytelling eye, comfortable in high-paced studio and outdoor shoots, and adept at managing client relationships from concept to final delivery.

Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of photoshoots across fashion, portrait, and events, ensuring on-brand results.
- Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to translate concepts into compelling imagery.
- Oversee lighting, camera setups, composition, and wardrobe coordination during shoots.
- Direct models and assistants, manage on-set logistics, and maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Oversee post-production workflow including retouching, color grading, and final delivery.
- Maintain organized asset management and file delivery while adhering to brand standards.
- Train and mentor junior photographers and interns to uphold studio quality.
- Travel for on-location shoots as needed and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Photography or 5+ years of professional experience in fashion/portrait photography.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across studio and on-location shoots.
- Proficiency with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and studio modifiers.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; solid retouching and color grading skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple shoots, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Knowledge of licensing, copyright, and usage rights; strong professional ethics.
- Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible scheduling.
