Responsibility

  • Lead planning and execution of photoshoots across fashion, portrait, and events, ensuring on-brand results.
  • Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to translate concepts into compelling imagery.
  • Oversee lighting, camera setups, composition, and wardrobe coordination during shoots.
  • Direct models and assistants, manage on-set logistics, and maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Oversee post-production workflow including retouching, color grading, and final delivery.
  • Maintain organized asset management and file delivery while adhering to brand standards.
  • Train and mentor junior photographers and interns to uphold studio quality.
  • Travel for on-location shoots as needed and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography or 5+ years of professional experience in fashion/portrait photography.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across studio and on-location shoots.
  • Proficiency with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and studio modifiers.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; solid retouching and color grading skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple shoots, and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Knowledge of licensing, copyright, and usage rights; strong professional ethics.
  • Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible scheduling.
