Responsibility

  • Lead planning and execution of photo shoots from concept to delivery, ensuring on-brand visuals and timely delivery.
  • Direct talent, stylists, and crew; set up lighting, backdrops, props; evaluate gear needs.
  • Collaborate with creative directors to refine concepts and mood boards.
  • Manage shot lists, locations, and timelines; maintain production budgets and schedules.
  • Oversee post-production workflow including color grading, retouching oversight, and file delivery standards.
  • Maintain studio safety, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Mentor junior photographers and collaborate on ongoing education and skill development.
  • Represent the studio in client meetings and on set, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional photography with a strong commercial portfolio.
  • Proven experience leading shoots and managing teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Expertise in studio lighting (strobe, continuous, modifiers) and natural light techniques.
  • Proficient in post-production workflows using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One; color management.
  • Strong concept development, storyboarding, and mood board translation into visuals.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate feedback into actionable results.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and on-location days; flexibility with schedules.
  • Portfolio demonstrating fashion, beauty, lifestyle, editorial, or brand campaigns.
