Responsibility

  • Conceptualize and execute brand and editorial photography across studio and on-location shoots.
  • Lead pre-production planning, shot lists, mood boards, and collaboration with art directors and stylists.
  • Direct models and participants, optimize posing, lighting, and composition for strong storytelling.
  • Manage lighting setups, camera systems, and equipment; maintain studio safety and workflow.
  • Oversee post-production, including color grading and retouching to align with brand guidelines.
  • Deliver final images with clear delivery timelines and high-quality resolution across multiple formats.
  • Mentor junior photographers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise creative standards.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio in brand, fashion, or editorial work.
  • Proficiency with studio lighting, on-location setups, and camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless).
  • Expertise in post-production tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One).
  • Strong eye for color, composition, and storytelling; ability to translate concepts into visual narratives.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead shoots, manage timelines, and respond to client feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
