Join Lumina Moments Photography, a premium studio renowned for high-impact commercial and editorial imagery. We are seeking a talented full-time Photographer who elevates brands through storytelling, lighting mastery, and a keen eye for detail.
As a core member of our creative team, you will collaborate with creative directors, stylists, and clients to produce stunning visuals from concept to delivery. We prize initiative, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple shoots with poise.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute high quality photo shoots for commercial, fashion, and editorial projects.
- Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, and retouchers to achieve the creative vision.
- Plan lighting setups, camera settings, and shot lists for each session.
- Direct models and assistants, ensuring safety and efficient workflow.
- Retouch and color correct deliverables or oversee post production with external editors.
- Maintain equipment, manage on-site studio operations, and ensure clean file management.
- Prepare production timelines, budgets, and client facing deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency and on time delivery across all projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in photography or related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional photography experience in commercial or editorial settings.
- Proficiency with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, studio lighting (strobes, modifiers), and color management.
- Strong portfolio highlighting fashion, product, and lifestyle work.
- Expertise in on-location shoots, retouching, and color grading (Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Excellent time management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in NYC, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Own transportation or reliable means to reach on-site locations.
